Re: How's your weather?
We're sunny and clear here with the high getting up to 16C today, but a frost of -1C expected tonight.
Yesterday the official high was 9 C but it was warmer here inland, coz the blackflies said so. The dewpoint meanwhile was close to minus 5 C!
I took a crack at Dad's old potato garden - no flies out by the ocean - but the grass and weeds were truly ridiculous, the roots so deep and ground was so tough it took me two hours to plant one of 3 intended potato beds. Yowza I was sore after that.
Big rain is coming on the weekend, with 44 mm expected. That's the most precip we've seen over two days in a very long time.

Re: How's your weather?
Well, this rain didn't skip me! It started about 3:00, and by 3:20 I had over .5", though the heaviest is through, and it's not lasting long. We'll see how much it brings eventually.
And now there is a tornado warning for the area. They haven't said where there was a sighting, though the worst has moved NE of here, and it's moving fast.

Re: How's your weather?
Well, the rain is here again, around 11 pm, and a lot more thunder than earlier. I'll find out how much more I get overnight. I just checked and I'm up to 1.40", and it was .65" after the first storm today, so this was coming down fast again! And it's supposed to keep going until around 3 am.

Re: How's your weather?
Expecting Jack Frost will be out overnight, nippy out now, no cloud and forecast is low enough to frost. No frost warning issued by the Bureau of Maybeology so one will probably occur.

I got up to 1.68" by midnight, then .27" after midnight, so just under 2" total. It's nice out there, but wet. At least the pollen is down for a day!

Cold here, another very light frost, mainly on car windows overnight, followed by cloud setting on, 100%solid grey overcast, supposed to rain but pattern is circling around north of the Great Divide, we may or may not get some. Only upto 8C/46F today

Re: How's your weather?
We're having a warm day for this new moon, scanty wind and expected to get close to 70F, which is a summer day for us. Then back to the plan of rain daily for five days...
The rain storm on the weekend was a lot windier than expected, or there were some local gusts that exceeded expectations, as my Mom had some deck chairs blow over and one of the trellises I thought I had well enough shored up, came down. Spent the afternoon yesterday trying for a better job and permanent fix.

Re: How's your weather?
It got to 91° today, but it was very breezy, and low humidity, so it wasn't too bad out. Tomorrow 96° is the forecast high, with high humidity, so I won't be doing much outside!

Re: How's your weather?
warm, windy and sunny right now. 84 degrees today.
garden still not tilled due to weather (rainy), and being under the weather earlier in the month.
i will need to get a lot of things done over the next couple weeks.
bugs are back.
we have a very brief respite between end of snow and nicer weather that is bug free.
black flies were swarming yesterday along with a few hungry skeeters.
there are times during the day if you want to get anything done outside, you either need to slather on
bug dope or use barrier protection to protect yourself from the bugs. we use bug vests when working
outside, and the bugs are out.

Re: How's your weather?
It got to 96° today, but humidity wasn't as bad as predicted, and it was very breezy, so it wasn't that bad, even to me! Still, I didn't do much out there today.
