What kind of squash is this??

I planted these squash there were supposed to be scallop squash this is what I got and they got no bigger than this and fell off the plant

No telling but the reason they fell off is the didn't get pollinated.
No male blossoms yet.
Could be the yellow patty pan squash.

You won't really know what kind of squash you are growing until they are pollinated. I can see that you have had male blossoms but I don't see any now. If the flower was not pollinated it will abort. What you are showing us is an unpollinated female blossom. They have what looks like a small fruit on them and the fruit will not grow unless it is pollinated.
