For the preceding 7 days including up to 6 am this morning we received ~8” of rain, 200mm. However, the sun has been out all day, a fresh breeze is blowing out of the west and it is 68°. We’ve got a great 9 or 10 days of weather ahead with plenty of sun and mild temperatures, with nothing below 45° and nothing above 78°.

we have had a week of nice weather that has been a welcome reprieve from the winter weather we have been having.
today, the temp. topped out at 52 degrees. most of the snow has melted. it won't last though. we get back into the
wintry mix by tuesday when the snow maker turns back on. highs will be in the 30s at best, and the wind that had let up
will start gusting up again.
it was a really nice day today, and as a super bonus, the maize, and blue CLOBBERED ohio state in columbus

@rxkeith 9 point underdogs, beat Ohio State by 22 in Columbus for the first time in 22 years? Definitely noteworthy using capital letters for one of the few times ever. Fantastic game...

Rain and more rain here. The snow is gone, it's 5C, and the highs and lows for the week ahead look close to normals - above freezing in the day and a few frosty nights. Quite a relief compared to the several days that were more like mid-winter.

Have never pulled weeds on November 26th, but with it being a sunny, balmy 53°F/11.7°C, why not?

Rain off and on last night and until three hours ago. Sun is coming out and there are variable winds with gusts at times bringing down more leaves. 73 outside and mild until Friday morning when it will dip to 30 and temps going forward moderate to 60's/40's again. The doors and windows are open again.

It got over 60° here, late in the day, after the sun went down, so it was really strange! It started raining around noon, and stopped about 3:00, but rained again after it got warm - about 7 pm. Well over an inch, total.

Foggy here. 70° 21° C. Looking around at the state, we are about the hottest spot at the moment. Going to 76° later today then 69° for the high tomorrow in the high 70s with a chance at a shower or two mid week. The week after looks to be significantly cooler.

Wednesday and Thursday, I direct seeded spinach, radish, peas, mustard, broad beans, kohlrabi, bok choi, dill, and cilantro, should be pretty good overall temperatures for speedy germination. Soil is still moist from all the rain a week ago.

Miserable, rainy, windy day out here today, already 54°, getting to 60°, with wind gusts to 40 mph. Don't really have any desire to go out today.

darn cold, snowing, and blowing hard enough wednesday night to knock me off balance several times checking out the
status of the road prior to my son coming home from work. 50mph gusters i think we had. winds over the next few days
will range from 15 to 40 mph. lows in the teens, highs in the 20s. thermal under wear, hot drinks, bread, and soup making
throw another chunk in the wood stove weather

It's been gusty enough for several wind warnings in the past week, but now we have settled into a lull in the stormy weather. Some sunshine, light winds, and even the nighttime lows look to be above freezing in the coming days with highs in the 40's F. Today there will be enough wind and sunshine to dry the laundry. Other days are more of a woodcutter's dream - cool, dry, very light wind, no snow or ice underfoot.
I'm hoping the non freezing days are enough for the ground to thaw and do a bit of winter garden work.

Rain two days ago, 1.3". It's been real mild out there and yesterday we were socked in with fog most of the day. It won't be as foggy today but still some plus mist. Highs mid 70's today through Friday and that's above the usual. I will fertilize brassicas today as it's time.

Foggy here. Seven straight days forecasted including today to be in the high 70s. Four of the days have shots at Thunderstorms. We are running at least 10 degrees above the norm. Looks like a big cool down starting next Wednesday. The warmer temperatures have things really growing. The cooler weather will improve the flavor of brassicas.

The latest rain has passed through, looks like it is very slowly headed Bower's way.

A long string of showers from New Mexico to New Jersey, presently look like they may stay south of me.

Got a bit over an inch of rain yesterday/last night, much needed. The sun is peeking back out now and it is 65F right now, wind slow. Pretty day for a day dreaming boy. Made me lyrical, LOL.

The rest of the week is supposed to be more of the same mostly.

Today I got the monthly update for ENSO, the El Niño/Southern Oscillation (the entire El Niño and La Niña system) and it looks like La Niña will be hanging around until maybe February.

Embedded in the post were two maps of expected temps and precip for the period Dec 22 - Feb 23. Temperature:
