Hi Danny....Just had some chili made with those Hatch Mild Peppers and is it good ! These peppers are about my limit as far as heat goes. Any hotter would be too much. When I was Young and foolish I would eat some really hot peppers. But now that I'm Old and foolish these are about the limit for me ! These Hatch peppers give the chili a wonderful flavor. Hope you like them also.
