WA ? ? I knew I was in trouble before I opened it, an overstuffed box, with a bulging top. It sprung open, and the seed packets started flowing out. Likely 500+ varieties, from whom?, as I don't recognize the address. It'll take a few days to go through it all, but I have no time, currently. I opened it while I was in the middle of finishing one participant's package. Luckily, one of the varieties on the wish list, which at that time I didn't have, fell out of the box. :shock:

Hmm, maybe I'll wedge them all back in, tape up the box, slap a Patti label on it, and solve my problem. I hope you like Green Zebra. I think there are at least half a dozen packs, all from different vendors/sources.

Meanwhile, another participant really knows how to have fun with me. Buried at the bottom of his box of donations were 2, not 1, mint state unopened Baker Creek free samples packs of...

I actually can see the ocean (and even whales and orcas) and Ft Ord National Monument adjoins us so there is room for expansion... :lol:

I'm familiar with yellow pear tomatoes! I grabbed a packet from a free seed giveaway one year. They're actually very prolific and not bad tasting, but I was pulling volunteers from the garden for the next 2-3 years. When it comes to canning I really prefer slicers! Cherries of any kind, including these, will take over the Universe.
