Here is a pictuer I dug up from years ago.
It is our dog Boo Boo a cat named Bear cat and another dog Named Bullet.
There is a story behind every one of them.

Just saw two videos last night where people had pet otters.
In both cases they were friends with cats.
An otter is a noisy little thing to say the least.
And very lovable.
