I think that people should really be able to understand free ranging vs. being cooped up after this lock down.

My chickens free range and they beg to get let out each day.

It's a lot like Covid protection. If you stay locked in your house, you will not get Covid-19. If you keep a chicken in a coop, it will not have the risk of being attacked by a predator. Which life do you prefer?

Yeah some people have complained to me about letting my cat outside to hang out with me.
These same people thought free range children was child neglect.
Here is a tour of his fruit trees.

Took forever to find this one.
You will be directed to YouTube for some reason.
One of my favorites.
Using my homemade Apfelkraut today in a Madeira reduction sauce for some pork.

I was 22 years old before I even knew the Romans were in Britain, and that was when I went there to see the ruins.
So much for public education and by the way I did very well in history class I'll have you know.

Hi,

Fishbourne Roman palace is just found the corner from me. Some good YouTube videos on the palace and nearby chichester. Quite a statement from the Romans considering we only had mud huts till they arrived. :-)

It did look tasty by the end. But the lesson is, don't neck the wine BEFORE butchering the meat and don't forget to send out the barbeque invites....not too sure about the glass cleaning technique either, I'd never get away with doing that in my house...

Did anyone see the ostrich feet standing up.
This was suppoosed to be the next red meat back in the 80's and 90's but it never took off.
I knew someone that had a whole herd or flock of them.
Well it did take off but it isn't cheap.
A whole bird costs around a thousand dollars.
I meant so as every one could afford it.

Ostrich and emu both took off Down Under as well and both fell flat on their faces because No-one thought about post farm gate processing. Need a special processing facility setup to cope with size and shape. Never happened
