That was a really good, entertaining video.
They lost me on the crappy American cheese but that is probably authentic
circa 1910’s .
McDonald’s went from beef tallow fat to trans fat. Talk about jumping from the pan into the fire. Trans fat eventually became the villain in everybody’s book.
If you’re into ketogenics, beef fat/butter etc. is considered healthy. Matter of fact , take that hamburger recipe, lose the bread and they would love the whole thing, grease and all. One thing that does make me cringe —reusing that oil over and over.
