Last year I got interested in Day Lilies and I converted a large flower bed t Day Lilies and Hosta. I got great enjoyment out of seeing them bloom in July and I made a couple of collages of the different colors and shapes.

That is a very nice collection. Did you purchase them locally or online?

Those are stunning. Daylilies have come far. They come in so many different shapes and colors these days that it is hard to imagine they have the same parentage. There is a plot at my community garden where all that they do is grow daylilies for breeding. It is just beautiful while it is in bloom.

That's one more interest you and I share. Daylilies! I had a nice assortment about five years ago but over time my interest wandered to other garden things as I ran out of room to put in new ones. Those sure are pretty. Nice spider types too.

friedgreen51 Last year I discovered a local place within 5 miles of home that sells all of these fabulous daylilies. She also sells online but I can go and wander through her gardens and pick out what I like.

Her website is worth looking at if even if you are not shopping if anyone is interested. She does themed gardens and they are gorgeous. She had a an ordinary yard and turned in into all daylily beds and she is contstantly adding more varieties. I love to just go there and walk around in July when everything is in bloom.
