Check out puffiness, the last item on the list. Extreme temperature swings are a possible cause.

Some varieties are more prone to this. Some people refer to them as "Stuffers"

And that is a great use for them. The stuffing possibilities are endless. Yum.

Re: Tomato with voids??
I hate it when tomatoes do that. Often they get a black bacteria rot inside. I grew pink oxheart for years in zone 6, never had that problem. Moved to zone 7, and had to stop growing them, because most of them grew hollow. I can grow Kellogg's breakfast here, with no hollow problems. Gave some seeds to friends 200 miles away. And everyone of their Kellogg tomatoes were hollow, with rotten spots inside.
I always blamed the weather, and variety-- but I can't prove it.

Several sources say the problems is weather related; generally temperature and watering fluctuations at the times tomatoes are filling out; either hollowness or interiors with lots of white material can be caused by weather conditions. I think most non-pest difficulties tend to be from fluctuations in conditions.

Probably cold weather. When the temps dropped, more of my tomatoes had larger cavities. Many different varieties.
