I can second Seeds From Italy. I've also bought tomatoes, lettuce and herbs from them - all with good results.

As it is seed shopping time, I just wanted to bump this list and also ask if anyone has had experience with Sherwood’s Seeds in PA. There are several peppers I'm interested in on their site and the prices seem reasonable. But I'm always a little more leery of buying pepper seed from sites I don't know since peppers are more likely to have cross-pollination issues if the blooms aren't bagged and so many sellers seem to just be selling open-pollinated seed. Anyone know anything about Sherwood's?

I also love Hudson Valley Seed Company (https://hudsonvalleyseed.com/collections/peppers), while not a huge variety, they offer a few of the harder to find peppers at a reasonable price. Great customer service.
