Well with this variety of seed being so slow to germinate, I think that it's likely that they will all be the same variety. I will be watching to see what results you get.

Sneg Sredi Leta is not true to type. It was supposed to be 7-8 oz. I picked the first few at 4", but they were very seedy, so I picked the next ones at 2". They are cute little white ovals, but the 2" ones are still very seedy! Only one germinated for me, out of 6 seeds I started.

Here is the thorny Gandia leaf. I’d never seen spikes like this on an eggplant leaf before! They are also on the stem. This is on only one out of 4 Gandia plants. (I put the leaf aside while I was working in the garden, and by the time I remembered to take a photo, it had started to dry up!)

I have seen thorns on eggplants. It happens in some varieties.

Matrosik does appear to be true. All 4 of my plants are producing this beautiful eggplant.

That is gorgeous! Almost all if my mattosiks germinated and are strong. I'm also growing a purple striped Greek eggplant called Tsakoniki, shape is halfway between a bell shape and a long thin one. I got the seeds fo that one when I visited Greece. It grows true.

Thanks! I see several folks just posted their results and it's helpful because I had been considering ordering a few.
