I didn't think Margaret Curtain had, but I checked just now to be sure, and 6 of the 7 seeds I planted have sprouted already!

Of the seeds I got from you Linda's Faux was a bit shy on germination. I know I have a few seeds left, but I planted either 4 or 6 seeds and only got one to come up. KARMA pink was quite slow to emerge, but eventually had pretty good germination - just had me worried for a while since I was anxious to give it a try.

I didn't track it carefully and only noted any that seemed to be behind or low germination, but I'm pretty sure all the others were good to excellent germination. Thanks again!

I got 2 batches of seeds from you in February. I got some Rosella Cherry (thanks again), KARMA Apricot, and KARMA Miracle seeds in early February. I started all of these on Feb 9. I got 3/3 with the Rosella Cherry, and 2/3 each with both KARMAs. All of the them germinated within 4 days using a heat mat. I didn't get to start any of the seeds I got later in the month with your regular seed offer. Those are on my list I already started for next year. Also on Feb 9, I did start a few of the seeds I got from your wonderful seed offer last year. They all did well with germination, except McKinley, but I still got 1/3 from that one. Thanks again for your wonderful offer every year!

Hi Dee my original seeds came from Curtis at Renaissance Farms seeds, so the writeup is there. It was a very large pink meaty heart first few were more pear shaped. So glad you got germination!

After 5 weeks, Rosella is the only no-show of your seeds, of about 40 tomato varieties total.
KARMA Apricot and KARMA Miracle took 3 weeks!! to germinate. They were even later than some tomato seeds I tried from 2010-2012, as well as later than any of my eggplants, and I had begun to lose hope, but now both are 100%.
Mocha Splash was the speediest of all my varieties. I didn't start charting germination until day 5, but it was well ahead of the pack.
Of the rest, 2/3 seeds germinated from Taiga, Tundra, and Red Lithium, and 100% from all the others.

Great info. They sure did take their time! I'm glad they finally showed. I'll test Rosella, I know someone else who got it to germinate in about 2.5 weeks in upstate New York, no heat . Do you use a heat mat?
Rosella's close sibling Garnet definitely takes longer than most to Germinate.

Yes, a heat mat with EB Stone's seed-starting mix. I was careful to make sure the mix was moistened before I used it, then watered the seeds in, and covered the pots loosely with plastic wrap. I started only 3 of each, so I have enough of Rosella to try again next year. I don't know why they took so long! I tried 6-12 of the older seeds, so that gave them an edge, maybe.

Hi Marsha. I'm growing Red Lithium, Heart of Ashgabat, Rosella and Curtis Cheek from your offer this year. I had good germination with all of them. The Heart of Ashgabat plants are struggling a bit, but I have hope that they'll pull through. The others are in fine fettle under the same conditions.
