Very nice - looks like a huge harvest in a week or two. Is that netting over your tomatoes?

i saw some buckets - do you plant in the ground or containers / or a combo?

Tomatoes are in the ground, except dwarfs, micros, and tumblers. I have kale, chard, tomatillo, and carrot in the buckets.
I use the netting primarily for hail protection, but it helps with the heat a bit too.
I arranged with a neighborhood green grocer to sell the excess crop. It will be an experiment, really, as colorful tomatoes and cherries are not really sold here. Some cherries are available in supermarkets, but they are too expensive for the normal folk. And slicers outside red and pink are unheard of.

Stunning colors, Arnorrian, and really lavish full trusses of fruit... I hope your neighbors are adventurous enough to try them.

A lot of my friends, colleagues, and neighbors love them, but my own father will not eat my tomatoes, except red slicers.

That just means that he leaves the best tomatoes for you to eat.

What a nice collection of tomatoes! Beautiful colors. That is funny about your father but not unique. I could hardly give away black or dark tomatoes - had to talk them up to get people to try them. And when people could pick their own tomatoes nobody picked Carbon Copy but they picked red Juliets.

Most people react well. An elderly neighbor decided to start with cherries next year after seeing and tasting mine.

I'm taking a test batch to my local green grocer as an experiment. I'm not sure which price to ask.

What a great crop you already have! You are way ahead of me! Tomorrow I'll pick the first ripe cherries.

Considering that I'm about 600 km more south than you I'm not that much ahead of you.
