Uncovered a few pineapples myself
Plants were overwintering nicely, and last weekend I decided to uncover them from all the oak leaves that fell in the past few months. We were pleasantly surprised upon discovering that most of them had pineapples growing, and the one plant in-ground has three on it. Out of about ten possible pineapples, we have six growing. the plants are in 5 gal bucks, and they seem to do fine in them. Here's a couple pics.
