I'm getting ready to pull this out but wanted to find out what it is before tearing out. sorry 2 pics are blurry.

I don't know it's name but it's a weed that I seem to have plenty of at the community gardens. Pull it out as it's a magnet for flea beetles.

Acalypha rhomboidea (Three-seeded Mercury)
No weeds at my house... all the plants have names.
Most of my acalyphas are pulled and offered to the chickens...
I leave just the chenille plant (Acalypha repens) to grow and flower in the shade.

There’s a ton of it around N. Florida but it’s easier to control than some others.

I never knew its name. I see that occasionally, but it's not one of the most common weeds here. It must not like a lot of sun, as where I see it most (but seldom) is in my mint patch, on the N side of my house - I just pull them, here and there, before I've seen the flowers. Not really much can choke out mint!
