Lot of rain so did a serious prune. All the big hybrids are now dead, so much for disease resistance… GGWT, KBX, San Marzano, White Cherry, Great White are my producers right now.

You sure had a good season. I really enjoyed this thread and watching your garden grow!
So when does the winter season start?

Thank you, definitely my most productive summer yet, thanks in no small part to all the knowledge I’ve picked up here.
If I had any sense I would get my potted tomatoes going now for the winter, but that sounds like work. I’ve still got a bunch of young plants in the garden that I started about three months ago, so I think I will battle the rain and disease on those as long as I can before switching to my “winter season.”

San Marzano came on strong and late, and KBX still pumping them out.

I like your pepper bush! It definitely qualifies as a bush. Is that Tabasco? I think it's at least 20 times as big as the one I grew. It has so much fruit.

Thanks, it is a volunteer that snuck over in some mulch but made itself at home. Hiding behind it is an orange tree. It’s a Hawaiian Chili Pepper. Quite hot so I don’t use many of the peppers, but have dried some and made some flakes, and a few of our friends love them.

Been raining for a week. Got 2.75” in the last day alone. The septoria is coming on strong and every cherry is split. Makes me think it’s time to wrap up my summer grow log, and my summer season. @OhioGardener sent me some dwarfs and micros, so winter here we come!

Are those Manoa lettuce leaves on those sandwiches? Man I miss those so much. Did you grow them Mark?
