Dried out too much??
I let my cups of seeds dry to the point of being stuck to the bottom of the cups - bone dry. I soaked them till they came free, rinsed in a strainer and am drying them now. Will they be good? They are way darker than my normal saved seeds.

If they never started to sprout during the evaporation time, they should be ok. Assuming you didn't have them in the rinsing water long enough to get them going either. Test germinate a few seeds right now, so you won't be disappointed when you really need them.
This has happened to me a few times when I've started with very little juice in the cup and not paid close attention. But I've usually had more tomatoes left to process, so did not have to depend entirely on the dried batch. The seeds being dark is not a problem, if you flick seeds directly onto a piece of paper to dry, they will turn dark because of the gel drying around them, but sprout perfectly fine.
