What's your favorite medium-sized sweet pepper?
In honor of DMF's call for the 'What's Your Favorite Pepper?' question to be qualified by heat levels, I thought I would ask a more specific question:
What's your favorite medium-sized (not medium-large, unless it's cone-shaped) sweet pepper?
If you haven't decided on one favorite, you can say all your tied favorites.
I like Neapolitan most, of those I've grown, probably.

I can't eat peppers unless they're really thoroughly cooked, and even then only in small amounts, so they have to be really special to get my attention. (mostly I grow them for others to enjoy and just freeze whatever doesn't get eaten quickly)
Chocolate tastes like it's roasted no matter how I cook it. My SO said it had roasted pepper flavor already even raw, very rich. I made a stew with them last year and the whole thing got that lovely roasted pepper flavor, yum.
Doe Hill is new for us this year and definitely a keeper! It's medium-small, extremely thick walled and wow fruity sweet flavorful. I'd actually be excited to have a stash of this one in the freezer.

I like Lipstick as a medium-sized red pepper.
I grew Doe Hill the other year and it was incredibly productive! I wish I'd grown some this year!
