These three fly off my market table:

Big Beef ... good, all around tomato
BHN 589 ... determinate, red slicer, can take the heat
BHN 1021 ... same as 589

Cherries:
Sunsugar ...same great taste as Sungold but with less cracking
Sakura ... red, sweet
Favorita ... red, sweet, expensive seed
Sunpeach ... pink, on the sweet side, productive
Five Star Grape ... red, sweet with tomatoey flavor, expensive seed

Considering bringing back Big Beef. It did pretty well for us 2 years ago.

MegaBite (Winter indoors experiment/early)
Summer Girl (supposedly no cracking)
Stellar (For Late summer/fall. Definitely did not crack or split. Taste for me is just OK.) Determinate.
Tasti Lee (Determinate, also supposedly doesn't crack or split. See a pattern here? ;)
Sun Orange (Tastes like Sungold, but larger with very little splitting.)
Damsel
Patio Choice Yellow (Mini-dwarf)
