FarmerShawn When you were finished with your PM, did you hit Preview or did you just hit Submit? If you just hit Submit, a preview page will come up and you need to hit Submit again, and then a small message box should appear, mentioning that your message was sent and your Outbox should show a number. A quick draft occurs every so often, in case you go back to the site looking for some information, but to make sure, hit the Save draft button on the bottom. Then if you return, you can look on the left hand side of the Private messages page and open the Manage PM Drafts and find your saved draft. But any contacts that you may have initially recorded will be needed to be reinserted. And messages remain in the Outbox until the recipient(s) actually open them and not when they login to the site.

I did send my email address in a PM to you , so if you want me to notify members here at TJ, regarding postage costs, I would be glad to help.

Ah! I was unaware of the double-submit requirement. That almost certainly is my problem. I'll retry sending things a little later.
Thanks!

Nope, PM still not working for me. Messages just pile up in the Outbox, and don't appear in the Sent Messages list. I cannot figure out how to get outbox-listed messages sent.

Your messages will remain in your outbox until the recipient opens them. Once opened, it will appear in your sent items. I like this system very much because you can tell if your message has been read.

If your Sent Messages area is full, I am not sure if new messages will be recorded until you delete some of your earlier messages. The same thing occurs in your inbox if it is full. A tiny message should show as to what percent of your Inbox/Outbox is used. The site may need to expand the storage capability of PM's.

With a mixture of regret and relief, I hereby close this offer for this year - I've got to get busy on other things. But there are still almost 650 packets worth of seeds to share, so I expect the offer to be back next year! Thank you all sincerely for participating, and I hope we see some luck with germinating and growing, especially from the oldest seeds!
Cheers!
Shawn
