Experience with Super Sauce Tomato
Wanted to hear about people's experiences with Burpee's Super Sauce tomato. It was released in 2013. @joparrott , i understand you had some trials with this variety. Can you shed some light on it?

Thank you MissS. Yep, it looks like it is all over the place back in 2013-15. Though that was 6-8 years ago and I wonder if anyone has had better luck since then. Perhaps it was bad seed, or the suppliers were having a bad year, after just releasing it. The one video i found on YouTube had good reviews on it, but i prefer to hear results from people on this forum.

Re: Experience with Super Sauce Tomato
My only problem was production, all of three tomatoes. They looked liked they weighed about a pound, but were about 1 1/2 lbs each. Extremely dense, and meaty, very good fresh eating flavor for a red. IF you can get production out of them, then SS would be a fine tomato to grow.
