Well I inspected milkweed closely this evening. A lot more hoverflies and even a few eggs on the leaves. I didn't spot any aphids! Nature for the win!

Just wanted to pop in and say hi to everyone! Busy times in the garden and 2022 is proving to be an excellent tomato year here! Another drier summer in southern WI has resulted in another year of healthy foliage, although Septoria has been popping recently as it has become wetter. I hope everyone is enjoying summer. I’ll have some updates this fall on varieties of note, surprises, breeding projects etc.
