This is what happens when a young guy has enough ambition to build his own truck.
The chassis has two million miles on it with repairs and replacement.
The engine has 100,000 miles.
He has another one at home he's building.
Comments welcome.

@worth1 nice truck! Nothing is getting under that front bumper. Looks like the truck would be ideal for an updated or sequel to the 1971 movie “Duel”.

It's got air bags on the front so it raises up.

Speaking of Dual that was Stephen Spielbergs first movie not counting Firelight of which he made when he was 17.
It was one of the first movies to put a camera inside the car.
Dual just happens to be one of my all time favorite movies.

The young man that owns the truck in the picture is under 30 years old.
The truck cost him 60k and he owns it outright.
He has the other one he paid 10K for.
He does all the work himself and owns his own trucking business.
His trailer isn't cheap either.
And not that it matters to me but he just happens to be black.
It just goes to prove with ambition you can do what you want in life and not blame others for your shortfalls.

Micrurus tener Texas Coral Snake, a separate species from the Eastern Coral Snake. Extremely potent neurotoxic venom, but as long as someone doesn’t pick it up they probably won’t get bit.

I had dentist appointment at the centre of our city today. I took the bus there and when coming back I had to wait a bit, do I took advantage to take some photos in the calm but cold winter day. I grew up in the city centre, but do not get there much anymore.

Trees in the park surrounding the church and city hall look quite magical with the fluffy snow.

If you click the picture to see it bigger, you can see the building in the far middle with lights on. That is the school, where I went 6 years for junior high and high school. That red brick tower behind the front building is an old water tower.

Finland's Statue of Liberty was built in Vaasa, because during civil war 1918, Vaasa was temporarily the capitol of Finland. At the moment city has decided to fly the Ukrainian flag next to the statue in the central square.

This new system of clicking on the images to see it larger is great! :) @svalli I love the warm colors of the buildings. What a good choice for a snowy land.
