Oh ya sorry haha I live in Wasilla alaska!! The only reason I have anything yet is because I have my stuff in a greenhouse and plug in heat lamps at night to keep it semi warm enough so they don’t freeze I had to buy my tomatoes from my local greenhouse they were already big plants that being said I also have a few I started myself that are just now getting flower buds but will see how they go

I put my first tomatoes in yesterday. Really ugly plants - the worst since I began starting seeds. I stripped them down to two leaves. I started them at least two weeks too early this year. I just can't babysit them. Most of the leaves were yellowed except the latest growth. These were in soil blocks, thinned to one each a couple weeks back. I wish I could have planted then. I thought they'd be okay. I have some kind of liquid fertilizer/bug killer for roses, I guess I could have used that and soaked the trays with it in water.

My other flat, sauce tomatoes, I broke the blocks up and replanted them deep at the same time, a couple weeks back. They look better yet, having gotten put into added mix. Not great, but better.

I've had much better results starting Apr15-20th or so and planting out at 3-5 weeks old.

PLEASE, never use anything with bug killer in it not made specifically for edible crops on your tomatoes or any other veg. It can really hurt you. I am sorry you are disappointed in your plants but it would be worth buying a few healthy ones to add to your "ugly" ones than to add chemicals not meant to be consumed to your vegetable garden or plants.
