I knew a girl that worked in the kitchen in Alaska.
We had a holiday meal with Alaskan king crab legs.
There real thing.
She lived in Alaska.
She said she wished her mom could have some.
Told her to wrap some up put them in the cooler.
Pack them in your carry on tomorrow and take them home.
Maybe one hour out of cooler at the most.
Plus they stay cold.
What a great idea she exclaimed.
She did and her mother got a ton of crab legs.

I heard some crazy thing on the radio coming home today.
A guy thought he had squirrels in the attic and discovers a homeless man in it instead.
He pulled his gun on him and called 911.
The 911 operator said put down your gun and he didn't.
Why would the 911 operator tell him to put down his gun what an idiot.
He herded the person out to the driveway and waited for the police to show up.'
The guy even had a mattress he had hauled up to the attic.
It seems as though the man had an outside access to the attic with stairs and he moved right in.

I'm not for sure what I would have done.
Ran across several homeless that aren't drug addicts or alcoholics.'
They just get fed up with it all and well there they are.
No law says you have to conform to the rules work your butt off and barely scrape by only to be kicked out due to not being able to pay the rent.
Been there done it and it sucks.
Homeless.
At least twice maybe more.
I have compassion for many of them because of that.
Amazing how the do good people look down on you for it.
I tell the young ones about this and they have great respect for me.
I know they do because they pester me all the time and make fun of me to my face in good jest.'
They dont do this to other guys my age, they called me one of them.
I asked them why am I invited to such and such.'
Their reply was because you're one of us.
Way cool big time to have a 24 year old say this to someone my age.
These young men are what keeps me keep on keeping on.
You gain their trust and respect and you can do anything.

I wonder if it would creep people out if I went to the beach dressed as a Plague Doctor.

When is this hoarding going to stop?
Is it the same people going every day to get food?
I don't want to go to the store to look for something that isn't there only to expose myself even more.
Maybe they should start giving out food ration coupons like they did in the second world war.

A lot of stores are starting to limit quantities but of course there are ways around that. So far in our little town people aren't being so bad. The one thing I can't find anywhere is hand soap pump bottles or the big bottles of refills. Bar soap creeps me out, no matter what kind of soap dish you use it gets all nasty.

I have s remedy for that.
Those sponges with the scrubbing pad on one side.
The ones the size of a bar of soap.
Got one in the shower and one at the sink.
Soap goes on it and it dries.
They keep the counters clean and the soap doesn't slide around.
Just toss them in with the wash ever so often.

I think soap dishes are disgusting too.
Thus the sponge thing.
