Red Beauty would probably win that title, but I also like Black Beauty and Pink Berkeley Tie Dye. I also like the potential of Summer of Love for its breeding potential (and perhaps generally, if it's as vigorous in conditions that make it taste better and have better hang time).

I love all of Brad's varieties. However, the issue of climate, and the uppity crowds at fancy restaurants, comes into play because I am from Michigan and Brad's varieties are from a very warm climate. And his "clients" have very eclectic tastes. Green Zebra [Tom Wagner's creation] was, and probably still is, huge in California, but here in Michigan it is not. Fancy restaurants pay a premium for eclectic tomatoes, but here in Michigan fancy restaurants are few and far between...
