Just be careful if you ever get a watermelon addiction. It's kind of like a zucchini addiction (not quite, though; you don't tend to stack them, let alone super high). But if you do, they look really nice if you polish them with a little edible oil.

LOL. Now I'm envisioning growing a hundred varieties of zucchini. So much zucchini! My sibling grew about 8 plants once (because every seed she planted germinated). Wow. We made zucchini sauce (it makes a great mock applesauce). We still have some.

Welcome from NE Pa! Good luck with your tomatoes. Can imagine it could be a challenge in your hot climate! Our son lives in the Phoenix area and doesn’t even try. Sounds like you live further north so maybe a bit cooler?
