Well they wont be crunchy if you let them get ripe, almost orange or dark yellow.
Another of my favorites is Riesentraube.
I cant say enough good about either one.

Riesentraube is compact and prolific, but I found it just a bit too acidic for my liking...…

I just meant my experience. I'd probably have a lot more to say if I had grown more cherries. I think everyone's perspective can be helpful, though.

I can count maybe seven varietys of cherry tomatoes I have grown and that isn't many
Sweet 100.
Galina's.
Black cherry.
Risentraub or how ever you spell it.
Yellow and red pear.
Sun Gold.

My list is not real extensive, so I am by no means an expert either:
Yellow pear
Black Cherry
Ildi
Dr. Caro Pink
Chocolate Cherry
Isis Candy
Sweet Aperitif
Galina's
Green Grape
Of these, I would never grow again the yellow pear or Ildi. Green Grape was OK, if I had unlimited space I would grow it again. I do like Isis Candy but I wanted to try something different this year. And I forgot what I ordered so no Black Cherry this year. With the tiny space we have I am going to grow Chocolate Cherry, Galina's, Sweet Aperitif, by happy accident Dr. Caro Pink, and new to me this year Sun Sugar and something called Bumblebee Mix. 1 of each except Galina's, 2 of those.

I'm not a big cherry fan, and I don't like crunchy or blandly sweet tomatoes, but I grow plants to give to other family members and I have standing requests for these varieties -
Sungold F1
Snow White
Black Cherry
Iva's Red Berry
Goldkrone (very sweet, some say it tastes like a grape)
Sweet Aperitif

I have tried to grow Isis Candy about 4 times from seeds.
Every time some strange disaster happens and I have yet to grow and or taste one.

Worth, that is so odd. I've grown them more than once and they always do well. The only reason I'm not growing them this year is I like to try something new every year so I cycle them around. If we don't like something I'm trying this year, or one doesn't do well I will rethink next year.

Compact and cherry tomato is the tough part. Green Doctors Frosted was a very tasty GWR cherry I've grown and the plant was compact by cherry tomato standards.

Not to worry it failed before it got off the ground.
It was going to be a chopped fresh cherry tomato aspic thing in the shape of a big sliced tomato.
This was going to be on a hamburger.
It dawned on me the heat would melt it.
Maybe a cold cut sandwich will work.

The only truly crunchy tomato I've tried that comes to mind offhand is Purple Bumblebee; there may be some I'm forgetting. I wasn't a fan of the crunchiness, but the taste was good. I like firm* tomatoes (like say, Juliet F1), but crunchy is a whole new level. They're like unripe tomatoes, texture-wise.
Nevertheless, I prefer the crunchy texture to the octopus texture of a certain variety that I overwatered one year!
*I like soft ones, too.

Have grown more than I can count but most memorable was Tomadose des Comores. Everyone who got plants from me that year wanted the same the following year. I grew it a second time and liked it even more than the first!

If size is no option, Super Sweet 100 is the way to go for a red. Sun Sugar for a yellow.

I grow 12-14 cherries each year and am always on the hunt for new great ones!. Our favorites include:
Japanese Pink Cherry, Medovaya Kaplya, Sunrise bumblebee, Pink Princess, Black Cherry, Rubinka, Chang Li, Iva's Red Berry, a purple saladette I am working on called Faux Carbon (for now)and Amurskyi Tigr which is closer to a saladette.
