Weather isn't going to be worth a hoot all week.
Down to 39 F on one night.
So much for tomato plants growing.

It's currently 64 degrees with 63% huumidity out there, a bit chilly when compared to yesterdays highs. We expected to see some rain today but that has changed to friday as more probable.

Oh wow... what is that yellow thing in the sky?
Yes, actual sunshine today I thought the drear would never end.
Trees were shaking the slippery wet snow off their branches as I scuttled out the driveway.
Greenhouse got up to 70 F, finally a sweet day for my plants out there.

Re: How's your weather?
snow yesterday, and today put 4 to 5 inches of fresh snow on the ground.
now getting some late afternoon sun. it has been hovering around 19 degrees all day
with a bit of a breeze. it could hit 40 within a couple days, but then a BIG storm will be
coming east with the potential of being the biggest one of the season. john dee says its gonna
snow for sure, but totals for certain areas is still uncertain. get ready duluth. we have dodged some
heavy storms this winter. i won't mind if we come out on the light end of this one. friday will be a work day
for me. we will see how that goes.

Clear and chilly. 31 this morning, not the forecasted 33 but the steady breeze kept the frost away. Looking at a forecasted 29 tomorrow morning.

It is currently 63 degrees with a 89% humidity out there. The wind is light with some heavier gusts but it's okay. I have the heat on in the shed keeping it at about 70 degrees.

Forecasted lows for tonight and tomorrow are low 40s at the airport. Since we’re in a warmer microclimate we’re not going to cover anything, and if fruiting gets delayed that’s all to the good.

One more March beat down, with about 9" of heavy wet snow. Ain't helping the back any. At least I'm only clearing 3 driveways, down from 5.

Re: How's your weather?
We might get to 40° today - a little over 10° above average! And the wind is wicked - over 20 mph sustained, and 30 to 40 mph gusts! At noon they were saying that the wind chill was 28°. I'm glad I didn't put my trash cans out last night - I just put a bag out at the curb, and weighted my cans down, so I don't have to set foot out there!
I hope not many of you are buried by that storm!

Light frost across the fields this morning. 30 here but the local weather station and the UGA mini station up the road both say 27. One more morning of this before it warms up again, at least for about five days.

50° here at 07:50. Going to 72° this afternoon. 79° tomorrow, then four consecutive cool down days with highs in the 50s and lows in the 40s. Likely the last gasp of what might be considered winter weather for these parts.

Re: How's your weather?
77 degrees with 67% humidity here with my personal weather station Computer tells me it is 72 degrees and 67% humidity, at least they agree on the humidity, lol. Little micro climates are interesting.
We did get rain but not really much of it as there wasn't much registered in the rain gauge. I usually see alot in there but it was barely showing anything so I watered today. I hope we get more on Friday so I can get those beneficial nematodes in the containers. I'd really like it to be rain water that soaks them real well first. Then I will use some filtered water to mix them up and set them loose out there.

Re: How's your weather?
it is the calm before the storm. two days of sun. yesterday it started out about zero, but got up to the 30s
with a bright blue sky. today topped out at 46 degrees, sunny but with a hazy sky. it starts going down the ole
crapper tomorrow. rain will turn to snow. forecasts are calling for 8 to 12 inches of snow, with some areas maybe
getting 20 plus inches by saturday. won't know until its on the ground. spent the day gassing up, getting diesel for the
tractor, going store, for some groceries, and getting wood into the house.
st patricks day storm is on schedule.

It's windy here. Everything from plastic pots and buckets to small stock tanks and waterfowl being blown much further north than they need to be. At least some of them can walk home.

Re: How's your weather?
Let there be light! First time since last week that I've had sun, the wind finally died back, and it got to 53°, just about average for now, while the last week and a half has been in the 40s, one day 12° under average. Supposed to get to 59° and 64° the next two days, but Sunday - the last day of winter - has a high of 43° forecast, and a 30° low.

Re: How's your weather?
Woke up this morning to see that everything I had shoveled has been filled back in. Still coming down but I also see drips running off the eave on the south side, so it's going to be heavy wet. Update says it is now freezing drizzle, forecast says back to snow later. The whole thing doesn't wind down until tomorrow morning.
@rxkeith the normal storm arrives here within a few days after St. Patrick's, regularly enough that it has a name. Sheila's Brush is what they call it and they say it is his wife Sheila sweeping out the mess left over from the celebrations. I guess they often enough are blowing our way after you folks had it on St. Pats.

30 and clear this morning. A heavier frost on the surrounding fields but this morning was the last of the cold streak. All covers will come off plants this morning.

Currently it is 73 degrees and 98% humidity, it's been about the same most of the afternoon. It was cooler this morning and the wind has been whipping out there but a good day overall.

Not so great here. 46°, 8° C at 8 am and blowing a gale with a nice soaking rain tapering off. Winter making one last visit. Supposed to hit 57° for the high, I’ll be shocked if we get there.
