FYI, my Miss Plum in the Closet with a Book was a red plum with RL wispy foliage.

I haven't worked with that gene @Shule but I recall someone mentioned it is incomplete dominant, meaning you can see the stripes in heterozygous condition such as F1, but they are fainter.
