Too hard for me today - Monday. The only grouping that made perfect sense to me was ... wrong, so after five minutes of staring at the screen my time was better spent elsewhere! I may go back later and fill in with garbage guesses to see the answers.

I feel you. I stared hard at this one for a long time before any connection appeared to me. Then I had to stare hard at it again for a long time to see another one. It was like pulling teeth today

I flamed out. Three of the four categories I had either no prior familiarity with or knowledge of and/or they were sort of dumb groupings, just an opinion.

I feel like if two of the four categories are something that I have some previous experience with, I have a fighting chance. But, if three out of the four are a mystery even after Connections solves it for you, then There’s no way.

For whatever reason on the purple category my mind went right to it. That particular category had individual words that meant something or referred to things from decades ago. My knowledge base, however good, bad or incomplete, is based in the previous century or before. But other categories like recent popular culture, recent movies, recent television or music, or urban dictionary type of stuff I’m invariably lost. Anything recent and it isn’t likely to go well for me, at least as it relates to Connections.
