@Whwoz Love that Aussie bacon. To me it’s the perfect middle ground between US bacon and Canadian bacon (ham, let’s be honest).

@Mark_Thompson , that is what is called short cut bacon here, doesn't have the fat of the full rashers, which the Mrs in particular is against.

I like your entrepreneurial spirit! Last time I tried shipping a flat rate box to Vermont USPS held it up and the poor lady ended up with some sour pineapples. Live and learn I guess.
I did have a few ripeys the other day though, Wildling Panamorous mix, and Kitten Paws Pink.
