Yeah it’s rough out here. Even the Whole Foods “heirlooms” at $8 a lb are total garbage

Through no fault of my own, I've been...um...assigned a new sobriquet, which ought be appropriately introduced here:
thumbnail_IMG_2553.jpg
Though the penmanship may give it away, the assigner's identity shall remain anonymous...though his initials are @Tormato

As for the much appreciated Bacon Lettuce & This seeds, for the life of me, I can't find any information on it; anyone else know anything?

Sheesh! You's being without Primo Tomatoes year 'round would be the last thing I'd expect, there aren't any local growers/suppliers?

@Whwoz Love that Aussie bacon. To me it’s the perfect middle ground between US bacon and Canadian bacon (ham, let’s be honest).

@Mark_Thompson , that is what is called short cut bacon here, doesn't have the fat of the full rashers, which the Mrs in particular is against.

@Mark_Thompson Hog Heaven exists in these here parts; Vine-Ripened Heirloom Tomatoes (stay tuned!) are a mere $1.49/lb at Woodman's.

Shipping 'em to you's @$2.50/lb. & we'll put that extortionary Whole Paycheck on a rail outta town!

I like your entrepreneurial spirit! Last time I tried shipping a flat rate box to Vermont USPS held it up and the poor lady ended up with some sour pineapples. Live and learn I guess.

I did have a few ripeys the other day though, Wildling Panamorous mix, and Kitten Paws Pink.
