I'm sure that face knows this and has practiced!
I've grown the Beaver Dam peppers. Those are nice! They're tasty and actually produce, unlike some peppers I've tried.

I got the seeds from
@svalli; last year's production could've been better, but our Peppers underperformed all the way around.
Yours have a little heat?
They actually have a
Beaver Dam Pepper Festival (
https://beaverdampepperfestival.com/); this year's is September 13th.

Inside, of course! It's still too early, even in the Southern part of the realm, for planting outdoors. And I'm growing Black Brandywine this year! Have you had good luck with yours?

2nd year, here. Last year's production was lackluster, but other varieties were as well; will chronicle results.

They're supposed to have 500-1000 SHUs. We only had a couple and didn't single 'em out; the lovely and long suffering Mrs. Gotch had one lip burner, but remains unsure if it was the BD.

Rock Garden Rehab, after 1.23"/3.18cms of rain, this was one muddy chore! Knocked out some underperforming ground cover, relocated some Stella De Oro Daylilies, and replaced with five (5) Blue Prince Holly shrubs. Shocking White Peonies and Irises photobombing below:

Direct seeded April Cross Hybrid Daikon Radishes and Space Hybrid Spinach yesterday. Today, Gold Rush and Black Beauty Zukes, the Sweet Success, WESconsin SMR-58, and Wautoma Heirloom Cukes, and the Table Queen Acorn and Waltham Butternut Squarsh were all planted.
Had only one (1) extra planting cup, and it split into uselessness while I was handling it.
Time to buy a lottery ticket...?

You doing your peppers all in pots or are ya mixin it up?
Last year, the only peppers that did ok for me were the ones in pots in the truck bed. The in ground peppers just never took off. Not enough heat last year. Not here at any rate.
