Ramallet tomatoes

Thinking that these special tomatoes deserve a thread on their own for anyone wanting to grow them.
As my season comes to an end I have Three varieties that I am picking. In this our second wettest start to the year since we moved on this block 15 years ago, we have had half our average rainfall in the first four months of the year.
Happy to have information on the Italian version added here as well. Will post my observations when I get a bit more time but first a question
Can I pull these plants and hang them tomatoes and all and allow them to hold on the vine. Weather not really allowing me to pick and hang tomatoes as they ripen
