These will work just fine for my tiny seed starting operation. I ordered two plant lights from Amazon and each has 3 wands of lights. The lights are on goosenecks and they attach by clips to a table, etc. Since it's been less than two days since I started the seeds, of course nothing has sprouted yet.

The egg cartons with the seeds and soil are on the bottom shelf of an etagere that I use to grow my African Violets on.

Interesting lights. Nice that they clamp on and don't need hanging etc.

What a good solution for small spaces. Keep us posted on how they work.

The version I saw has a timer in the on/off switch.
You could select red, blue,or both leds.
You don't need lights until the seeds pop.
