Drip irrigation nutrients

I'm growing tomatoes in containers for the first time, and I'm also using drip irrigation for the first time...
Those of you that do this, are there any of you that use an inline nutrient system through the drip irrigation? From the leaves, I have figured that my tomatoes are lacking phosphorus... wondered if there's a way to add nutrients every time you water with a very dilute solution through the drip system... Like hydroponic...
?

I have been through a lot of injectors. They are based on flow rate. You need to know the flow rate of your system to match it to the injector. If you have a small garden, it can be hard to get them to work if your flow rate is too small.

I alternate calcium nitrate and masterblend 4 18 38 as fertilizers.
