I don't know much about peppers. When do I pick these and pull the plant? Will they dry out or continue to sweeten? They are California Wonders I believe. Also these Probably another month before frostelongated peppers I don't know variety - possible Sweet Ajvarski?

Pick the red ones now, they wont get any better and will start to dry and or rot on the plant
Let the frost kill the plant then pull it.
