Are those cucumbers? They're so smooth. I wonder if they're pickling melons.

That's a great way to trellis. Just walk under and pick the low hanging fruit!
I tried doing overhead tomato trellis one year. It was great but one problem - wet cold and lying on a trellis the leaves and branches got mold. That was not a fun job to clean up at the end of season. :shock:
Bet it works great in the right climate though!

Hi Shule, no those are cucumbers. We had a tour conducted by an ag student.
