Does anyone have one? they are quite a chunk of money but worth it if you use them and maybe even can sell some of your produce at a market or online... but is it worth the space they take up if you own one? I have had freeze dried strawberries and a few other things and like the texture so much better

Guga got one for free I bet due to two of his YouTube channels.
He did meat and it didn't look too good.
I have no idea if he even knows what he is doing.
Probably not.

maybe I should start a you tube channel. 4500 for the large oilfree pump one is a chunk of change. I probably could use the large one but it needs a dedicated 15 amp outlet.. so I couldn't ever move it from the dedicated outlet. which I have one but it wouldn't be in an ideal spot so, the med size one might be a better fir for my kitchen. I don't see any other brands for one so I think I am not able to research a more ecomonical option either.
