They do the masa harina and stacks more too! Never been tempted by the prepacked, over marketed Mexican kits but getting ingredients to make from scratch is more my thing.

You are going to be using that a LOT, so I do hope that you bought a 2 pack.

I have honestly only bought one container of this stuff in my whole life.
And see it every time I go in the store.
Not that I don't like it but I make my own blends as needed.
Where I live there are several so called (Cajun or Creole) type blends.
Watched Chef Paul spice up the most amazing BBQ brisket many years ago.
Two of the unheard of spices for such things were chili powder and fennel seeds.
The man changed my life when it came to using herbs and spices.
An absolute master that learned so much out of necessity.

I make most of my own, too. Buy dried Chilis, Anchos, cascabels, chili de arbols, whole spices, and make my own chili seasoning. But I also like to try blends that are well known and used in different parts. I don't think it needs to be one or the other. I can experiment and try both, and go back and forth whenever I want.

I'm going to introduce y'all to a national treasure.
Justin Wilson.
Passed away some time ago but I have known of him all my life.
Used to watch his program religiously on Sundays.
You can pick up the rest of his shows from here.

I remember watching his shows way back when! "'Lil bit o wine" was usually called for! Which ended up being several more generous dumps from the bottle. Fun guy.
