I mentioned in another post about ordering from Pinetree. My hands get really dirty in the garden and they have a small brush with soft bristles that really gets dirty garden hands clean. Been using the brushes for years now. On the reverse side it has one row of bristles for getting under fingernails. I just love that little brush and ordered two more, one for each bathroom. It's on catalog page 119, Oval Nail Brush. A little dab of dishwashing soap on it and it gets my hands really clean!

I use a scrub brush on my hands too. My fave is a wooden one with pretty firm bristles, it has the double row on one side for your nails and a full slate on the other. After using this a couple of years I spotted them in a store somewhere and got two more, which I have downstairs in the laundry room for a really good scrub down of the garden dirt! :) I cannot get the dirt off my hands without em.

I use "The worlds kindest nail brush" from Lee Valley Tools. $3 each in Canada, $2.50 in the US.

I love those brushes with the single row of bristles to get under nails. I always wear gloves but still seem to get dirt under my nails!

I hand wash dishes.
Works marvelously.

I use a dedicated toothbrush that I keep at the kitchen sink for washing soil off my hands and from under the nails. But I know the brush you are talking about. I might have to try them again.

Small brushes like that also work well with a little Dawn dish soap to scrub the hot pepper oils from my fingers and nails. I never use gloves when prepping stuff in the kitchen and some peppers set my cuticle's on fire if I don't scrub them quickly. I keep one in the shower to scrub my feet after i've worked in the muddy garden wearing flip flops. One side of my shower brush has a rough stone on one side for grinding down callouses on my feet and callouses on my hands.

Those look like nice brushes. Honestly I find the best way to get my hands and nails clean is to wash my hair! :)

Totally agree about washing my hair doing the best job but also have the small brush for in between times. Also use the point of a nail file to remove what doesn’t wash out! It still amazes me how much dirt gets on my hands even wearing gloves!
