That is neat, I didn't know about the toothache plant.

There was a bit of research about treating mouth ailments with cbd that showed positive effects. This year I also grew a cbg variety of hemp. Like cbd, cbg has a lot of promise as an anti inflammatory. Both are also anti microbial and anti fungal. I have thankfully not had a toothache to try it on, but I did make a cbg oil extract and it shrinks the mucocile sores I occasionally get on the inside of my lip. The effect is immediate and pronounced. I think there will be cannabinoid toothache remedies soon, and maybe mixing them with the toothache plant would be even better.

You can Google toothache plant bush or some other thing and get all sorts of plants.
I had one in my back yard that would do the same thing.
It had thorns and was a bush.
Can't remember if the wet weather killed it or not.
But is native to Texas.
Chew the leaves and the whole mouth went numb.
