I emailed bonnie plants about heatmaster tomato that they sold here 3 years ago but not this year.
They gave me a list of heat resistant tomatoes that they don't sell in my area.
The Arkansas Traveler, Creole, Heatmaster, Phoenix, Summer Set, and Solar Fire are all heat resistant but they are not being delivered to your area by Bonnie's.

Have you had positive experiences with heat-tolerant varieties? Despite living in an area with very hot and humid summers, I've shied away from them because of their reputation for mediocre taste and texture. I don't know whether that reputation is deserved or not.

We use Better Boy as our heat-tolerant variety. It does great here in northern Virginia most years, despite July highs routinely in the mid to upper 90s on sunny days. Fruit set may slow down slightly in the very hottest periods, but we continue to harvest steadily all year, so any pauses in fruit set must be pretty short.

I grew phoenix for a couple of years from their competition and was delighted with it.
Last year's crop got wiped out from the Aug 4th hurricane so I wasn't able to save seed.
Heatmaster from saved seed I just started a few weeks ago,too late for this year but I may have a windowsill crop this winter for seed.
I ran out of room in the garden for better boy.I could only squeeze in 120 plants this year total.

I have grown Arkansas Traveler and thought it tasted great!

Arkansas traveler I got from the competition this year to try.
I stepped on one and snapped it in two.
It is indoors under intensive care.
The other I may clone once it gets bigger.

Maybe.... and maybe not. You might be surprised at how strong the will to live is.

I bought 2 more arkansas traveler in agway today on sale,but they have been indoors since the beginning of May.
I trench planted and screened the tops with a white mesh basket until they get weaned to the sunlight.
Bonnie plants wanted feedback,so I told them no heatmaster locally and I had to buy ark from their competition.

[mention]GoDawgs[/mention] I know, I've got suckers that are practically running to the greenhouse to jump into a small pot of compost. It's getting hard to keep track of their family trees with all the crosses, back crosses and clones....

I put the Arkansas traveler snapped off portion in a juicy potting soil mix indoors and it set out roots.
I had it under lights and would spray the leaves to keep them moist during the day.
Friday will be 3 weeks since the treatment and I potted it up tonight.
Under lights so I can baby it for a while.
The heatwave started here, so just in time.
My heatmaster plants from saved seeds need to be put into bigger trays.

I had 6 heatmaster plants from saved seed in a plastic pan and cut 4 close to the ground.
I left 2 that had blossoms.
The 4 that I cut about 3 weeks ago are sending up new leaves.
So they are stubborn once they get to a certain age.
Indoors under lights.

90 degrees today and high humidity.

The heatmaster is a hybrid,and the seeds were the second time I planted saved seed from the previous year.
I swear the new leaves coming out of the stubs in the ground are PL
The original plant was RL.
It may be too early to tell.
The arkansas traveler cutting is still alive.
I trimmed that to give new growth a chance to take over.
