I have noticed that as of now we already have 173 members! I think that's great.
I have noticed that we have a section at the bottom of the home page called "Guidelines & Disclaimer Every User Needs to Know."
I have noticed that 63 out of 173 members have viewed the Rules/Expected Behavior.
I have noticed that 46 out of 173 members have viewed the Participant Registration Agreement and Site Rules.

When I find the rules (not too adroit, as you know), I'll read them.

It is worse than that, it actually is counting how many times it has been viewed not how many separate members have viewed it.
