While on another thread concerning whether to allow nonmembers to see images it was brought up that nonmembers could steal images. I think we might need to add a rule / expected behavior about the use of other people's images.

Something to the effect of: The ownership of any images on TamatoJunction.com is that of the poster or site and the use of any images from this site without express written permission is not allowed and reason for punishment including immediate banning.

Although I think this falls under common sense, it is actually illegal to use other's copyrighted work without permission. I am not sure about uncopyrighted material. The problem is if it isn't spelled out they will say it wasn't against the rules.

I'll research that and get back to you. It's really a useless trail to go down but some people are concerned. You don't have to be a member of the forum to find most pics, Goggle search images usually has them posted and you can C&P from there.
