That’s cool growing your own coffee. Tanzanian peaberry is a great coffee. What device do you roast it with? How dark of roast? Is this particular variety of coffee tree work especially well in your climate?

Since it is only one tree which I got a a gift at 6 inches we just roast old school in the oven. The only place close to me is Central and South America where you find plantations.Believe or not this tree is in a container of terra cotta,it’s tap root has grown thru the drain hole.I am trying this year to grow some babies.
