Most vendors describe where the kelp was sourced such as: extracted from Norwegian seaweed (Ascophyllum nodosum).

Kelp4less does not mention anything about where it is sourced but sometimes has a BOGO (like today).

Is there a difference?

I like it, but can’t really compare it to anything.

I have never used kelp. Do I need to try it? I was looking at kelp the other day while researching foliar feeding. Bloom City kelp concentrate (not a powder) claims:

I used Kelp Meal in the transplant hole on all my plants this season and really thought it made a huge difference with how they took off.
The brand I used was Espoma; and I transplanted a lot of plants between tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce and still on the same 4 lb bag.

I have a bottle of Neptune's Harvest Seaweed that's been in my garage for a few years.

I like the idea of dry and water soluble but will check them out.
