Fantastic vendor 5 star customer service

About a month ago I posted a very unpleasant experience with SSE customer service. And just like so many of my life experiences I now have just experienced the exact opposite with Bunny Hop Seeds. I placed an order a week ago with Heritage Seed Market for just two packs of pepper seeds for a meager total of $8.50 with shipping. I usually start my pepper seeds about April 15th and thought I might send an e-mail to check up on my order and see if I could get them to ship my order in the next few days. So I did and received a very prompt reply from Ellie at Bunny Hop Seeds telling me she would do everything she can for me to meet my desired seed sowing date. She told me she would pull and pack my order tonight so it could go out tomorrow. Well that is pretty terrific as far as I'm concerned. She not only acknowledged my need to get these seeds pretty soon but then went the extra mile by up-grading my shipping from first class mail to priority mail at no charge to me. She told me "she would do everything she can", instead of the usual garbage about the order processing time required due to blah blah blah. So I now have a new friend in Ellie and I now have a big smile on my face for the excellent service from Heritage/Bunny Hop Seeds. So once again for every bad experience I get an opposite terrific experience to offset the negative one. I can't say enough good things about Ellie at Bunny Hop Seeds and I encourage all Tomato Junction members to put Heritage/Bunny Hop Seeds at the very top of the list for excellence in supplying our seed requirements. Ellie is THE VERY BEST !!!!

I’ve ordered from her too and had nothing but good experiences.

Ellie has taken care of me a few times. I've had nothing but excellent service with Ellie and everyone at Heritage Seed Market.

I must say that is great, but I feel a bit for her because, as someone who recently sent a check priority mail for something, I was shocked to find out that priority mail now starts at 8.95. So she did it voluntarily to make a customer happy, but she couldn't have made anything on the sale. She clearly feels making a happy customer would be worth it. I hope you are just as happy with the seeds!

I think she made a wise decision...word of mouth about good service is much more important than the profit on two packs of seed.

I've bought from Bunny Hop and been very happy. Plus you can find interesting varieties that are difficult or impossible to find in other places. All the varieties I've tried from her have worked out great for me.

Here is what some of the Hatch mild seeds look like when they are grown out. Bunny Hop & Ellie are great and so are their seeds !

Do the hatch mild peppers stay real mild when ripe to red?

Bunny hop seeds , aka Ellie, is a terrific seller with excellent customer service. She upgraded me to priority for an 80 dollar order at no up charge to me, so it could be tracked.

Danny-this is my first year growing this variety and from what I can tell they get slightly hotter when they turn red. Getting ready for my 2nd picking and will know more in another week. Yes Ellie is wonderful ! :)

Okay, thank you and will look forward to your future remarks on these. Sounds like a good one for us, if it doesn't get mean, LOL!

I'll try to update you on this variety. I think I saw somewhere that this one had a Scoville rating of 2000. This is about right for me. :)

Looks great! Definitely a pepper I am going to have to grow next season! I managed to get some seeds from them before they stopped shipping to Canada.

Danny-- so far the heat of these is very good for my wife & I. We like some heat but not too much and so far I'd have to tell you this variety meets our expectations. Looking forward to using them through the year for chili and soups. These are very productive and pretty consistent with their heat from 1st pick to the last picking.

The pics show 62 peppers and 5 of them are imposters (Anaheims') but the rest are Hatch and they come from 2 different plants. The first picking had a few less but also from the same 2 plants.
