Pesty Pest

I have the smallest black bugs that are infesting several of my tomato plants and a datura plant in proximity. They are very hard to see in the picture but several are on the middle leaf on the rightmost branch. They do not fly when I knock them off. Fortunately they are primarily attacking my weakest extra plants but are eating holes in the leaves. I will murder the heavily infected plants and am looking for a recommended treatment. Also, should I treat the unaffected plants.

Those look like flea beetles. The picture quality is good enough that you can zoom in to see them well. @Traveler Want me to post a screenshot zoomed in?

OH How horrible :(
There is freedom waiting for you, On the breezes of the sky, And you ask 'What if I fall?' Oh but my darling, What if you fly?

You have flea beetles eating your plant. They are pesky little creatures for sure. Neem, DE and such are effective on them. Some plant radishes as a distractant because they devour radishes.

Shule,

I can see them well now by simply zooming out from this website. I will start with MissS' suggestion of neem oil. Thanks
